How is our service delivered?

  1. We will receive your enquiry and provide information on the services that we can offer you, as well as outline of costs.
  2. We will arrange for one of our assessors to visit your home and undertake a care and risk assessment. Following this visit a fully costed care package will be offered.
  3. We will finalise your care plan with you and your family as required.
  4. We will identify suitable healthcare professionals to support you in-line with your care plan and arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met.
  5. Your service commences.

Are our staff trained?

All our staff undergo continued staff training and development in our pursuit of excellent care. All our staff are trained to national standards, which is not limited to but includes manual handling, infection control, basic life support, fire safety and medication modules.

We understand that in a crisis situation you need us to react quickly to allow a care package to start immediately. In such circumstances we will simplify our service delivery process and carry out an immediate assessment in order to facilitate a faster response.

Will I receive the same carer each time?

We will always endeavour to ensure that you always receive care from the same carers. When we take on a care package we will introduce more than one carer to you and your family to ensure that continuity of care is provided, should there be any holidays or absences.

We help you choose a carer you want based on your exact requirements. We guarantee cover so you will never be left without support. We promise continued support and will introduce you to a number of carers so you can ensure you have a continuity of care.

How do we maintain our high standards?

To ensure we maintain high quality personalised care, we ensure appraisals and supervisions are undertaken at regular stages. We ask our customers for regular feedback and make sure our training mirrors our customer’s needs.

We directly employ and train our staff so their performance is closely monitored and assessment. We provide a local service to local people with the support of a national network.

All of our clinical care packages are managed by a registered nurse who ensures that each service user’s care is regularly reviewed and managed effectively. Our nurses are also available to contact should you have any clinical concerns.

I have pets, will that be a problem?

Not at all. Our carers who are pet friendly will be selected for you.
