Our dedicated and experienced team
We have a dedicated team of nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers who are all trained to the highest standard and will regularly check you are satisfied with the services you are receiving. In the very unlikely case you are not, we have a rigorous procedure in place to sort any queries you may have as soon as they occur. We also assist with our nurses’ re-validation, which is an important process set up by the nursing and midwifery council (NMC) to help nurses and midwives demonstrate their continued adherence to the code’s standard of practice and behaviour, and so safeguarding the public. We provide clear, straight forward advice and documents to support this process and ensure all our nurses are fully up to date.

We are huge believers in giving back and helping out in the community. Although we think and work nationally, we act locally when it comes to our charity work. We believe that the measure of a person’s life is the effect they have on others, which is why we work with the Wolves Community Trust, Cavell Nurses’ Trust, Alzheimer’s Society and more.
