What We Offer
- Starting pay from £16.00 per hour
- Immediate start available
- Contracted hours
- Night shifts
- Two-week rolling rota (one weekend on, one weekend off)
- Paid shadow shifts before working independently
- Ongoing clinical support from our experienced Clinical Lead
About the Role
You'll provide high-quality, one-to-one care to individuals within their own homes, supporting a variety of community-based complex care packages. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to use your clinical skills while building meaningful relationships with the people you support.
We're looking for caring professionals who are passionate about delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
Experience Required
To apply, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months' UK Complex Care experience
- A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and observational skills
- Confidence working independently while being part of a wider clinical team
Experience with the Following is Desirable
We support clients with a variety of complex healthcare needs, including:
- Spinal injury
- Cough Assist
- Epilepsy
- Huntington's disease
- PEG feeding and care
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator care
- Catheter care
Your Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
- Provide specialist clinical care under the guidance of our Clinical Lead
- Support with nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
- Monitor and report any changes in your client's health or wellbeing
- Promote independence, choice, and quality of life
- Assist with light household duties where required
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Follow company policies and clinical procedures
- Participate in team meetings, supervisions, and ongoing training
