We are currently recruiting for two care packages in the Oswestry area and are particularly looking for carers who can support weekend shifts.
About the Role
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. You'll support individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own homes, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible.
You will be supporting a service user with conditions and care requirements including:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Autism
- PTSD
- Diabetes
- Moving & Handling
- Medication Administration
- Urostomy and Colostomy Care
- Mic-Key PEG Feeding
- Nebulisers
- Manual Cough Assist
- NIV (overnight and whilst asleep)
- BiPAP Support
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care
- Support with nutrition, hydration, and medication
- Assist with daily living activities and light household duties
- Follow individual care plans and clinical guidance
- Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing
- Work closely with our Clinical Lead and management team
- Attend training, supervisions, and team meetings
- Maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism
