The Role

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to a client in their own home, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Working alongside our experienced Clinical Lead and wider care team, you'll receive ongoing support while delivering safe, compassionate care tailored to the client's individual needs.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is desirable:

Tracheostomy care
Tracheostomy suctioning and inner tube changes
Medication administration
Wet and dry ventilation
PEG feeding
Diabetes management
Nebulisers
Mechanical cough assist

Your Responsibilities

Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Delivering clinical support under the guidance of our Clinical Lead
Supporting with nutrition and hydration
Administering medication as required
Assisting with light domestic duties
Following company policies and procedures
Reporting any concerns regarding the client's health and wellbeing
Communicating effectively with management and the wider care team
Attending team meetings and supervision sessions
