District/Community Nurse

Salary: 20- £30ph

Job description

As one of UK’s leading team supplying nurses to care homes, nursing homes and NHS hospitals in the country, we’ll care for you, so you can care for them. We are offering block bookings or ad-hoc shifts within the Mersey area. Rates of pay varying from £20.00 – £30.00 per hour, we also offer flexibility in the way you are paid.

THE ROLE:

Community nursing teams provide a wide range of care and support to housebound and temporarily housebound individuals who are over 18. This includes:

Coordinating care for individuals with long term conditions
Administering medication and supporting self-administration
Dressing and managing wounds
Providing Catheter Care in Clinics and within the individuals home
Providing Wound Care for housebound individuals after surgery
Supporting issues around continence
Caring at end of life

WHAT WE NEED FOR YOU TO WORK WITH US:

A current NMC Registration and have a minimum of six months of qualified general nursing experience.
You will be required to meet our framework compliance criteria e.g. references, DBS and Occupational Health.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a variety of teams

NHS Agency Nurse

Secure Healthcare Solutions are seeking a Registered Nurses for deployment on an Agency basis. Whether you are a do General nursing, Mental health, Learning Disabilities or are a Children’s nurse, we have work for you.

Counselling patients and family members before, during and after treatment

Requirements;

Valid NMC pin
6 months experience in working with the NHS
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
Working knowledge of health care laws and regulation
