Commercial Manager / Commercial Director
Location: Wolverhampton (WV1) – Office based preferred (Hybrid considered)
Salary: £60k – £70k + Commission / Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Secure Healthcare Solutions is expanding across Complex Care, Domiciliary Care, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Supported Living (launching soon), and NHS & Private Sector Staffing.
We are now recruiting a Commercial Manager/Director to drive growth across these divisions and build strong relationships with commissioners, ICBs, NHS Trusts, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and commercial strategy across multiple service areas
- Build and maintain relationships with commissioners, ICBs, NHS Trusts, case managers and stakeholders
- Identify, secure and grow new business opportunities across community complex care and specialist support
- Support mobilisation of new packages and new service launches (including Supported Living)
- Work closely with Clinical, Operational and Quality teams to develop safe and commercially viable models of care
- Attend commissioner meetings, networking events and sector forums representing the organisation
- Analyse market trends and produce commercial proposals, pricing models and tender material
- Report on commercial performance, pipeline activity and growth forecasts
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong commercial or business development background in healthcare, social care, commissioning or regulated services
- Proven experience building relationships with ICBs, commissioners, NHS leads or senior stakeholders
- Understanding of community complex care, CHC funding, LD/MH pathways or specialist support services
- Experience preparing commercial proposals, bids or tenders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth
Desirable:
- Experience in complex care, supported living or CHC-funded packages
- Knowledge of CQC requirements and service mobilisation
