Secure Healthcare Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Theatre Practitioners (Anaesthetics) to join our growing theatre team. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred perioperative care within anaesthetic practice.
We welcome applications from professionals with anaesthetic experience who are confident working within a perioperative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality perioperative care throughout the patient journey
- Provide skilled support during anaesthetic procedures
- Prepare and check anaesthetic equipment prior to use
- Assist with patient monitoring before, during, and after anaesthesia
- Support clinical assessments, care planning, and accurate documentation
- Monitor patient condition and escalate concerns when required
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards
- Promote a professional and collaborative team culture
Requirements
- Valid NMC or HCPC registration
- At least 2 years of recent Anaesthetics experience within theatres
- Strong knowledge of anaesthetic equipment and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, professional, and patient-focused approach
