Candice drafts advertisements for a wide range of Job Boards and social media to attract Candidates for job Vacancies. Conduct the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, interviewing them, doing background checks and then finally match them to the clients making sure to build professional relationships with all involved. Working on all compliance and keeping everything up to date, checking expiries and ensuring all staff are compliant to work.
