Are our staff trained?

Will I receive the same carer each time?
We will always endeavour to ensure that you always receive care from the same carers. When we take on a care package we will introduce more than one carer to you and your family to ensure that continuity of care is provided, should there be any holidays or absences.
We help you choose a carer you want based on your exact requirements. We guarantee cover so you will never be left without support. We promise continued support and will introduce you to a number of carers so you can ensure you have a continuity of care.
How do we maintain our high standards?
To ensure we maintain high quality personalised care, we ensure appraisals and supervisions are undertaken at regular stages. We ask our customers for regular feedback and make sure our training mirrors our customer’s needs.
We directly employ and train our staff so their performance is closely monitored and assessment. We provide a local service to local people with the support of a national network.
