About the Role

You'll be supporting an individual with specialist healthcare needs within their own home, delivering personalised care while working closely with our experienced clinical and management teams.

The care package includes supporting a client with conditions such as:

  • Brain Injury
  • Epilepsy
  • Seizure management
  • Rescue medication administration
  • Medication support

You'll play an important role in promoting independence, ensuring comfort and safety, and providing reassurance to both the individual and their family.

Shift Patterns

We offer a variety of shifts to suit your availability, including:

  • Night Shifts: 19:00 – 09:00 or 21:00 – 09:00
  • Day Shifts: 09:00 – 21:00 or 17:00 – 21:00

Flexible weekday and weekend shifts are available.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy, including the administration of rescue medication (essential)
  • Previous experience in complex care or a similar healthcare setting
  • Confidence in delivering clinical care, or a willingness to develop your skills through specialist training
  • A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding care
  • The ability to commit to regular, consistent shifts
  • Comfort working in a home where pets are present
