We're currently looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Walsall (WS5), supporting a client with complex healthcare needs in their own home.

What We Offer

  • £12.86 – £13.01 per hour
  • Immediate start available
  • Full specialist training provided
  • Paid shadow shifts before working independently
  • Ongoing support from our experienced Clinical Lead
  • Flexible day and night shift opportunities

Shift Times

  • Day Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00
  • Night Shifts: 20:00 – 08:00

About the Role

This is a rewarding one-to-one care role where you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support that enables your client to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible in their own home.

You'll work alongside a supportive clinical and management team, receiving ongoing guidance and development throughout your career.

Experience Required

We're looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Spinal Injury (Activities of Daily Living)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Bowel Care and Management
  • Catheter Care

Your Responsibilities

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will:

  • Deliver compassionate personal care with dignity and respect
  • Provide specialist clinical support under the guidance of our Clinical Lead
  • Assist with nutrition, hydration, and medication support
  • Promote independence and enhance your client's quality of life
  • Monitor and report any changes in your client's health or wellbeing
  • Assist with light household duties where required
  • Maintain accurate care records
  • Follow company policies and clinical procedures
  • Attend team meetings, supervisions, and ongoing training
