We're currently looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Walsall (WS5), supporting a client with complex healthcare needs in their own home.
What We Offer
- £12.86 – £13.01 per hour

- Paid shadow shifts before working independently
- Ongoing support from our experienced Clinical Lead
- Flexible day and night shift opportunities
Shift Times
- Day Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00
- Night Shifts: 20:00 – 08:00
About the Role
This is a rewarding one-to-one care role where you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support that enables your client to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible in their own home.
You'll work alongside a supportive clinical and management team, receiving ongoing guidance and development throughout your career.
Experience Required
We're looking for candidates with experience in:
- Spinal Injury (Activities of Daily Living)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Bowel Care and Management
- Catheter Care
Your Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will:
- Deliver compassionate personal care with dignity and respect
- Provide specialist clinical support under the guidance of our Clinical Lead
- Assist with nutrition, hydration, and medication support
- Promote independence and enhance your client's quality of life
- Monitor and report any changes in your client's health or wellbeing
- Assist with light household duties where required
- Maintain accurate care records
- Follow company policies and clinical procedures
- Attend team meetings, supervisions, and ongoing training
