Secure Healthcare Solutions is a leading UK staffing and healthcare company offering care and support to individuals requiring a flexible home-based service, as well as services in Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Children Residental Home, NHS, Private Hospitals and Community services.
We currently have a Support Worker vacancy available working in nursing and residential homes throughout the Birmingham area.
Pay rate: £10.42 – £11.68 per hour
Paid training
Paid Shadowing
Shifts range from 08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00, 08:00-14:00 & 14:00-20:00 (these may differ on client and service)

Duties of this role may include but are not limited to:
- Assistance with meal preparation
- Medication assistance
- Providing companionship to service users
- Supporting service users with daily tasks
- Other duties as required by the client
It is essential for candidates to have the following:
- 6 months of UK based care experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to learn
- Flexibility to adapt to the nature of the role
- Restraint training such as MAPA, MAYBO, PMVA or CPI
