We offer our Nurses temporary ad hoc shifts or block bookings within care homes in the Wolverhampton area. We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Nurses who have at least six months of qualified general ward experience.

We can provide flexible shifts which work around your lifestyle and other commitments, with an experienced and knowledgeable team on hand to guide you through our recruitment process.

Requirements for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN's) to join:

– To work in this role, you will need to hold a current NMC Registration and have a minimum of six months of qualified general ward experience, including recent experience.

– You will be required to meet our framework compliance criteria e.g. references, DBS and Occupational Health.

– As a valued nurse, you will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to work in a variety of teams within different Trusts gaining new experiences and building new relationships.

Within North Yorkshire we have a number of sites which require experienced (RMN) Registered General Nurses for inpatient and community work.

The role is for several Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) either full time or part time flexibly to work in the Tees, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. The trust has 21 sites across Durham, 25 sites across North Yorkshire & 26 sites across Teesside. All of which you can choose to flexibly by your own availability work within as an agency posted staff member.

As an agency RMN within this trust you can choose your own hours and locations for work based on your chosen schedule/availability. This is advantageous for anyone wanting to earn additional income alongside their current job but also has the capacity to be fulltime if wanted, secondly the flexibility aspect is further beneficial for anyone who cannot commit consistent hours/dates as this allows you to work as much or as little without any obligation.

The mission of this Mental health Learning Disability trust is to nurture the recovery journey of any and all needing help. By education, prevention, to crisis and specialist care being part of a talented and compassionate team to demonstrate the commitment and understanding of the wellbeing within the Tees, Esk & Wear Valley NHS Community & region.

Below I have also specified the rates of payment available. As advertised based on the below rates an average of 33 hours weekly you can earn from £32k-49k annually, with the potential to earn up to £74.5k annually if working maximum hours of 60 weekly.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse you will have;

  • Minimum 1 year UK nursing experience
  • Valid nursing license (NMC PIN)
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
  • Ability to explain treatments and conditions
  • Working knowledge of health care laws and regulation

Compulsory Requirements which must be provided if successful

  • 12 months more or experience in care in the UK in the last 2 years
  • DBS Page 1 & 2 (Consent to apply)

Based on the hours required a RMN can earn averagely up £36k annually by working 36 hours weekly. Based on the maximum amount of hours of 60 you can earn £70k annually
