An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complex Care Assistant to join our Team in the Halifax area (HX2)
Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider. Working with adults and children in their own homes – we provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions. We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all time.
Pay Rate: £13.00

Paid Shadow Shifts
Shifts: 6.30 – 6.30
We are recruiting for care assistants to provide care to two service users in their own home, the one requires 2:1 care and the other requires 1:1 care. Our service users are two ladies that live together with their 2 cats, 3 dogs and ferret.
Our one service user is quite shy until you gain her trust but enjoys quiet time, crafts, horror films and is looking to build a YouTube channel. The other is bubbly, sociable and enjoys seeing friends and going out for walks. Both service users enjoy to be taken to the cinema, pop concerts and doing makeup.
Experience in the following would be an advantage:
- Epilepsy
- Medication Administration
- Suctioning
- Ventilation
- Nebulisers
- Tracheostomy
- Oxygen
- Diabetes
Whilst promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:
- Assist/provide personal care
- To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead
- Provide Nutrition and hydration support
- Support with medication needs
- Assist in domestic duties
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- To liaise with management
- To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user
- To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
